Snipe first

I take back what I said about the 1 sec charge Piercing Arrow not being a big deal after I tried it out the other day - I always thought Piercing Arrow was amazing even with 2 second charge at the skele map (and especially at the new skele dungeon), but holy pomegranate, 1 second charge makes it downright overpowered. It's easily spammable and I barely even use strafe anymore. It's so fast, you can easily reach a full charge on a mob, and finish off with half a charge. It also works nice in combination with snipe.

If you're going to be training, I would definitely recommend Piercing Arrow before Snipe now.
