4th Maple Anniversary Equipment Droplist Thread

So, I saw this guy near the Maple Tree.

He says he got it from a Puff Daddy... which makes sense, since they drop everything, but at least we know they're dropping.

But was it this year or last year? Because I still have mine from last year.
