The direct for Global changed for v070. {linke} The old link works for 63-69 though.

ed2~ For me at least the chMS link is... odd. Not sure how they're doing it (something with dlls) but I can only get to v52, nothing before or after. It's also a copy of mxdpatch.wooool.net. Thoughts?
