[624 dex, 117 str, 136 att] fits your damage range, so I'm going to go with that.

I guess what we're comparing here is [21 Hurricane, 19 SE, 1 BE] and [21 BE, 1 Hurricane, 19 SE]? I'll throw in [29 SE, 11 Hurricane, 1 Boost] as well, I guess.

This is at level 133 with all your gear the same.
Current: [1847~3044]*((51+111.72)%/arrow) = 3979/arrow
Hurricane build: [1955~3229]*((91+114.5)%/arrow) = 5326/arrow
BE build: [2637~3395]*((51+114.5)%/arrow) = 4991/arrow
SE build: [1955~3229]*((71+132)%/arrow) = 5261/arrow

Hurricane gives you slightly more bang for your buck. Balanced SE/Hurricane builds are the best. Definitely get 11 Hurricane or your max SE will be more for NLs than it is for you. At lower levels of Hurricane SE owns BE, at maxed BE is a little better.
