The equation you posted doesn't, because you only lose marks for incorrect answers, not unanswered questions. If you leave the question blank you don't lose any marks, only if you attempt it and get it incorrect.

If you attempted all the questions and got 58 correct and 22 wrong, then your composite score is 120, which is still a 5.
