there are a lot of maps without names right now, but this is one of only two without monsters. There's one in El Nath, Mu Lung (limited access), Leafre, Omega, 3 in KFT, and that one in Kerning. They're all area boss related maps. This one is part of the quest to investigate Dile, the Kerning Crocodile boss. As part of the quest, you go to JM in Da Streetz and he has you go into this hut at a certain time and retrieve a piece of paper from the trash can. The trash paper will tell you a list of NPC names, and you must visit them all.
