Afrobean's just stating that it's possible for someone to be banned because of Fraps because it's technically a third party program. However, that doesn't mean that they will be banned because of it. If Nexon really hated that person, they could use Fraps as an excuse for banning them. But we all know that's not going to happen. So, there is no reason to start an argument. Afro was just talking about the technical side of things.

You'll only be banned by a 3rd party program if it's detected. Gameguard has a list of 'clean' programs that it's going to allow, and Fraps is obviously one of them. Otherwise, hundreds of people wouldn't be making those YouTube videos (as Yoorah has already stated). Don't worry, you're not going to be banned by Fraps. Hundreds of others are using it, and there's going to be a lot of complaining if you can get banned by Fraps.
