No, they shouldn't be, that's just for the Armor[hat,overall,shoe,glove] however the Knuckles are Dex = to level +5 except with the timeless one, however this is only KMS stuff, GMS could change it, we'll just have to wait and see now don't we?

check Fiels GMS extraction "tons of new equips!" all of the knuckles have a a DEX Req. of that equal to LVL
