The ID thing is interesting, it leads me to two things, the NDA that you mentioned, and possible compensation for what is done as a guide. For the NDA, they did mention that they may open Tespia, and Guides may be allowed to be preferred for it. But what if they used the guides as more of as outsourced in-house testers? That would be a good reason for the ID's. Compensation side, we would probably be considered employees, which was the case when I did the focus group, the Compensation part that i had to sign said I was an employee of the company. And it could be to ensure that they employee is a legal resident.
