@Androo: I think we can be fairly confident that sending such information to an @nexon.net address is OK.
Now I wouldn't be surprised if the same text appears elsewhere with something like "einquiry@hotmail.com" as the application address... but that's off-topic, eh?
Anyway, yeah, I was actually excited to see them taking first-stage applications this soon. I applied and gave them info on my various accounts, as requested. I do think the questions are designed to test the honesty of the applicants; the "investigation" could determine fairly easily whether they lied about such things as sharing accounts or a history of abuse. (Of course it would be rather stupid to lie about being flagged for abuse, as that's probably the easiest thing for GMs to check, but I'm sure some will.)
