I knew the brackets usually meant a "insert here" type thing, but after I read that, I got all confuzzled.

Figures a Nexon attempt at clarification would confuse more people than it helped.

Just assume it was meant as "in the space occupied by the brackets".

I doubt whether we bracket or not will be the deciding factor in whether we make it to round two.
