Have there been any bans due to Fraps?

Everyone already knows that Fraps is a third party program, much like every single program on your computer with the exception of Nexon's own games. A post to argue this is not useful by any means. What the thread starter wanted to know was if Fraps is the kind of 3rd party program that would get him banned.
