A possible mage fix

If we get more single target DPS, we need to cut back on mobbing. It isn't fair that Bishops get more base att. without amp, but I think that the answer to this is a nerf to bishops, not an increase to AMs.

And if bishops rage, big deal. There's already an excess of them, if some quit does it really matter? Besides, they'd still probably be the fastest levelers in the game with a nerf anyways.

I say what I say because nexon will never nerf bishops... This is IMO the only real possible solution in nexon's eyes...
