Regardless of what the software does, regardless of if it gives an unfair advantage, it IS 3rd party software. If they wanted to, they could ban folks for using it, but then again, they can ban anyone for any reason they want.

You're spamming the thread with irrelevance. Nexon never said that all 3rd party programs are banned from use on computers that run MapleStory.

Programs that fall within these two clauses are deemed illegal:
"Using a macro, third-party program, or physical method to play the game in a repetitive manner."
"Using a third-party program or using illegal means to play the game in a manner that is not intended by the creators."

These apply to very few types of programs -- mostly hacking tools and macro engines. Fraps has nothing to do with it.
