Since no one bothered to answer me in two other threads... >_>

Mind as well ask this one while I'm at it... do you get a free use of Resurrect and/or Time Leap if it affects no one? As in, can you spam Resurrect if there are no dead people, and can you spam Time Leap if no one has an expended cooldown skill?
