What's the best rotation for lvl 3x?
Should I open up with ambush or garrote? Follow with rupture or slice and dice?

It's an answer to "slow or fast weapons?" but I can't translate it with all of the abbreviations "Slow MH, Fast OH, but weapon speed is overall less important; the difference between a fast weapon and a slow weapon is 1-1.5 tiers of DPS. In particular: SR MH, WD OH for BIS Naxx gear."
