This is security by obscurity.
There has better be diligent soldiers behind this. Otherwise, shutting down CEF is just like disabling 1 form of communication. There're many shapes and forms. Those who release hacks will still release them, and those who want them will still find them. They just simply dont "get their newspapers delivered to their door" anymore.
