A possible mage fix

The whole concept of elemental weapons was stupid. Not only are they horribly unbalanced, they are also limited only to those who can afford them. Why not just boost every AM spell up by 25% instead? Another thing is amp. There's no sense for the skill to even exist when bishop spells' base attacks compensate for it. The base spell attacks should be equal, with amp actually serving a purpose and making AMs stronger.
