Ever wanted 3x EXP? Now there is.

I think as people said, it's only for people who were gone for a long time. Also:

"The rates have been set to 3 (aka 3x EXP) and is marked as 1 per slot and is not stackable."

Obviously EXP cards stacking in inventory is not what they mean. Don't worry. guys. :zzz:
