Soul Arrow now stacks with +Attack Arrows.

if you bought them from mo... for 2k diamond arrows at 40k... *20 ea*
you can npc them for 20 ea... so it's 0 loss really... just npc it =)

unless you bought red arrows from showa... 1000 for 40k... and you can only npc at 20 ea...
