I agreed with your post before, but then Kasuhitomi's post up there made me remember why Pokemon seems lame. Though I suppose any competitive game is like that? I dunno, I'd play the new Pokemon games with friends but I don't want to listen to crap like that. I want to remember Pokemon as a simple, fun game targeted at children, and not care about strategy or stat whoring.
