I absolutely agree. Looks like NEXON Japan is obsessed with damage. I've always said that. They release monsters with incredibly high damage in their exclusive content, which often makes it impossible for archers/NLs to kill them.
And KMS' Monster Raid Event / Mu Lung Dojo totally owns this. The bosses don't deal more damage than they should, and they are arranged by their level. Also, in the Mu Lung Dojo (currently my favorite PQ - I can't really wait to get it) they have special skills, like the one that deals 30% damage to the boss. Or the one that boosts a lot your attack. In fact, Mu Lung Dojo is A LOT funnier than this.
Really, 8k Physical damage for the Geist Balrog is insane.
I like how NEXON America isn't (luckily) obsessed with damage. They often make bosses with a fair amount of Physical/Magical Attack (except for BigFoot), like the Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest bosses. They don't deal too much damage, but they require "skill" to be killed.
