"What to buy" for archers~Guide + Questions

Thank you, but what attack cape and FS can I get for under a bil apiece? All the other gears look pretty good though.

1bil apiece is a pretty solid amount, you could manage a 6-7 attack cape at least, and more than likely a 4-5 attack FS.
