Ask a Pirate Thread

Just want to get a recommendation what I should get for equips from here on out. I'm a level 41 regular STR Gunslinger.

Stuff I've got covered:
- Helm - I'm part of a zakking/HT guild. If they aren't zakking I can easily purchase one.
- Gloves - I have 15 ATK SCWG on my warrior to transfer
- Cape - 4 ATK 4 STR PAC on my warrior
- Earrings - 11 DEX earrings on my warrior
- Bullets - I'm changing to Vital bullets at 70. The increase from mighty bullets isn't worth it imo, and Vital bullets are cheaper.

Stuff I don't have covered:
- Gun - Seems the level 50 - 60 guns are non-existant. Right now I have a Lunar Shooter +7. What's recommended from here on out?
- Shoes - Again, no idea. Should I scroll snowshoes?
- Overall - Should I just scroll bathrobes or is there a standard overall all slingers seem to scroll that I don't know about?

i suggest keeping an eye out for cheap lvl 50/30 bullets if you search through the fm, the increase in how many each set holds alone is worth it imo. the extra attack hardly matters but 1600 or 1200 vs 800 (w/o mastery) means wasting half the slots on bullets. but only if you can pick them up for 500k or less, or <insert price here> meso you wouldnt mind dropping. i currently have 8 sets - 2 mighty, 2 split, 4 10's. my most recent cpq experience got me through the 2 mighties and 1 split and by the time we were done i was happy with how much pqing we did.

for shoes im using an absolutely ancient 12 speed blue whitebottom that ive used on probably 5 different chars. maybe ill swap out for facestompers or some high lvl dex scrolled class shoe much later. i like my speed.

i also use a 10 dex bath robe. speed <3. cheap as hell with a decent damage boost. id say go for either bath robe or a lvl40 one that you can buy from an npc. the lvl40 ones come w/ 3 str. not as useful as 10 speed in my opinion.
