Icicles and Diamond Arrows are both sold @ Mo, one for 40k per 2000, one for about 2k per 800.
The only real difference is that arrows aren't rechargeable, and stars are still consumed to cast soul stars.
The standard/basic/normal star for a NL is the Ilbi, not the Subi. Better stars compensate for how low level claws only gain 2 attack per 5 (later 10) levels rather than 4. A NL using weaker stars than Ilbis is like a BM using a scrolled Hinkel instead of a scrolled Nisrock.
