We've heard "open letters" like these before, and while they've done a good job satisfying us with content, I doubt the real issue, the hackers, will be taken care of for a long, long time. This voluntary hacker hunter thing does sound somewhat promising, but I can easily foresee the problems and abuse that will come with it. I mean, think about it..
