Some are different than others and there's other things that complicate it (For example, Mano can spawn at three points in the map. There can't be more than one at a time, but that means there are technically 3 mano spawns and... yeah. In reality Mano's spawn is close to 15 minutes.) I guess I'll just post the spawn times as best as I derived them from playing KMS, but I've only fought 2 of the original batch.
Mano: About 15 minutes (3 spawn points)
Stumpy: About 35 minutes (2 spawn points) - stumpy is hunted a lot because it drops good scrolls
