idk anyone in broa who would take their time to do that.. most high levels either are grinding or leeching another character.. or have just quit. And now that HT is back full force, they are just happy they got HT back and don't really care about low level hackers

I mean, if someone signs up to be a Vol. Dep, they are agreeing to do a job where they actually try to find and help get rid of hackers(and higher level chars have a larger area to search). If someone just signs up to be a Vol. Dep for the extra powers(whatever they might be), then they aren't really doing the job they signed up to do. Those players can just right click the hackers as they find them, and report that way. The Vol.Dep service is suppose to be for those who actually want to help make Maple a better place and actually search out these hackers (no matter if they are in the pig beach, or at the upcoming Time Temple)
