Soul Arrow now stacks with +Attack Arrows.

I think he meant because the more attack available to a BM the stronger they get compared to MMs, since snipes damage is fixed at 199k. Even if they both get the same amount of attack, lol.

I suppose that's true, but Marksmen get more of a boost from Attack than Bowmasters do anyway thanks to the formula.
