Which makes me want to do an exp calculation for myself:

100: 10,223,168
101: 10,783,397
102: 11,374,327
103: 11,997,640
104: 12,655,110
105: 13,348,610
106: 14,080,113

109: 16,524,049
110: 17,429,566
Total: 148,933,259
Meaning I could have killed 124,111 spiders or more during this time. If I found 15 ilbis, then the droprate must be lower than 8274. (not including deaths)
Total: 236,488,023
Meaning I can kill 197,073 wolf spiders. If I found 14 ilbis during this time... then the droprate must have been lower than 1/14076 (not including deaths)
Total: 403,190,488
Meaning I can kill 335,992 wolf spiders. If I found 17 ilbis during this time... then the droprate must have been lower than 1/19,764 (not including deaths)
Cumulative:
148,933,259
236,488,023
403,190,488
Total: 788,611,770
Meaning I can kill 657176, wolf spiders. If I found 46 ilbis during this time... then the droprate must have been lower than 1/14,286
As you can see from this, you can't just use exp tables to calculate these types of things. I died so much that if you even try to calculate these from exp tables alone, it won't work.

I died a couple times, nothing significant. But what I mean was "didn't train on WS alone" I killed maybe a dozen Zakum in the same level range, which exp split to about 20% each (not sure exact numbers, plus there was a wide range depending on party).
I never partied and never found one from a monster someone else' had started killing (should that even matter? It's not like some people hae 100% chance and I killed 4 of their mobs)
You're pretty lucky then. Average, if it were that low, then almost everyone would have an ilbi after only a few hours of training. 33K wolf spiders isn't very difficult.
