idk anyone in broa who would take their time to do that.. most high levels either are grinding or leeching another character.. or have just quit. And now that HT is back full force, they are just happy they got HT back and don't really care about low level hackers
They ought to care, it takes about 3 weeks for a low level hacker to start moving on to leafre, at which point they DO become a threat/problem/nuisance. Or they spend all their time hunting for chaos scrolls (recent example), rapidly deflating them while raising the price of other items consequently as they have and spend more mesos on the things they want.
