Most higher level players have lower level characters too and inter-mix their play between them.
not every world has that thought
idk anyone in broa who would take their time to do that.. most high levels either are grinding or leeching another character.. or have just quit. And now that HT is back full force, they are just happy they got HT back and don't really care about low level hackers
