Yeah, I'm pretty sure these deputy volunteers won't gain any banning powers. It would be way too easy to abuse. I was thinking more of a priority report that a GM would look at immediately, which would easily allow them to weed out power-abusers at the same time.

yes.. but then what about low-level hackers?? Just let them run loose? Everyone is a low-level at some point, even hackers. You aren't gonna see a 4th job person, actually.. even a lvl 100~ person hunting pig beach very often. Catch them while their young and they can't get to a high level
