I wouldn't say moderators in general, i'd just say helpful people in the maple community in general. Aka all of southperry.

He doesn't. I never said anything about taking the mods of the websites themselves (people like bokuwomar on basil have quit long ago, and likely have no desire), which is specifically why I mentioned Kevvl. He is one of the most helpful people I've seen.

I could easily see Stereo and Eos being mods from here.

For some reason, making Fiel a mod would be completely hilarious. Come, join the ironic laughter at that thought =p
