There's no real guarantee, I was just wondering if anyone has gotten it because today is not the first day that I've spent that long there. If I can find 3 scrolls in that period, there's pretty clearly something wrong with the drop rate.
I'm just asking for confirmation, it seems like the kind of monster no one would notice if it were glitched because not many people head out here.
