The cards don't give guaranteed items. They give a higher chance of them.

Also, I'm surprised nobody pointed this out. I actually misread the card and thought that it just mentioned mesos (Why I made this thread). I noticed last night that it DOES say items. Me stupid Sad
(Though I guess it's something worth discussing either way)
