Banned for Shadow Webbing Himes

Just don't do stuff to piss them off, like opening multiple tickets for the same thing, sending insults, etc. I think you already know better than that.

Also, I think I remember a thread on Nexon's forum (Technical Support maybe?) where people could request their bans be re-examined. If that still exists, it probably couldn't hurt to post about it on their official forum. The more people post or submit tickets about bad bans (whether automatic or by GMs), the higher the chance of Nexon doing something about it.
