Is it really worth me risking 10% by going past elder wraiths just to get to windraiders in lower ascent or should I not even bother? If I shouldn't bother where should I be? The map before forgotten path is pretty good for lower levels. To get to lower ascent, the easiest thing to do is to take bump damage from the other monsters and then recoil your way passed the wraiths.

as long as you have enough dex to wear your end game weapon + zak helm, you can pretty much hit anything. The 20 base dex + extra accuracy from bullet time give us naturally more accuracy than a warrior.
