[1.2.218] New Minidungeons, New weapons, more New race data

there's a lot of hitboxes that need to be fixed...

i can only think of 4 (ws, pap's heal animation, bf, first form firebrand)

not too many considering how many other monsters there are in the game. nexon america does sloppy work :/
