Harrisonized hit it on the nail. Even though I've never violated the TOS, (I only got to level 70) I find nothing wrong with glitching. I don't like hacking, leeching, or merchanting. I don't like the fact that I tried to get 30,000 fame and hackers ruined it while Nexon did nothing.
I would try to return that $1,000 to the best of my ability without giving it to some greedy person who is not the proper owner. If it doesn't work out, I would give it to charity. Because I would feel too guilty afterwards.
I found it silly that you painted yourself as being self-righteous and ethical in Maple Story where exploitation, user abuse, and scamming occur on a daily basis. And Nexon only promotes and supports such Type A behavior. That's pretty much it.
