Was gonna edit out post but whatever. I'm done with this and thread diverged off way too much. This was about bossing build and i'm pretty sure EVERYONE will agree to not get air strike if this is a boss build. Kind of like telling a marksman to get pierce if they wanna boss instead of snipe, mastery, and SE

currently maxing torpedo, might add MW in there somewhere but i almost always have it
max MW/torpedo
that brings me to that levle 167~168 where you add the less important skills
