4th job Corsair Bossing Build

Off-topic: Yeah, how come I'm seeing all the Corsairs from Basil posting here all of a sudden?

Well i'm using SP for a long, long time.
But i never saw any topics i felt like posting in.

Lets say air strike does 50k.

The fastest time to cast it is 5 seconds to kill 6 skeles.

I can probably kill my plat with torpedo, go up to the next plat, and wipe out that plat with torpedo in 5 secods too and kill a lot more monsters than 6 due to air strike. In addition, I don't remember if the 6 same ones will be attacked but for simplicity, lets say they do.

Torpedo for mobs has much for versatility than air strike.

You still don't get it do you?
Air Strike hits above you.
That means you can wipe out a platform with Torpedo, hit the monsters one platform above you, wipe your current platform clean again since monster respawn, and then clear out the platform above you.
This way you can take out 2 platforms instead of just 1.

I'm not saying this works well in every map, but it sure has alot of advantages in alot of them.
And no, i'm not trying to imply Air Strike is better compared to Torpedo.
But it sure as hell isn't a bad skill.
