Yeah, Windraider maps are almost always empty, even during 2x. Not too many high levels on Deme. I'm in the top 1200 and Lv71.
Only problem with Windraiders and Firebrands is getting past BF. Not having many high levels also means BF never gets killed
I did get to them last night though. Lightning just doesn't do enough damage to get good EXP there yet. I'll probably be there once IS gets a few more points into it though.
