Sucked. Sure, there's fanservice and a loli and a fang-tan, but there's also eyes overlapping hair, some strange noses, one rushed and simplistic-to-the-extreme storyline, etc.

wtpawesome. 10/10.
Kurokami 13
Better, but still really bad. Yakumo looks especially crappy in one scene, there's some terrible parts in the script... but at least Kuro didn't get beat up for once.
