New chair?

The broomstick isn't that bad. But like most other chairs, it's just a prop that has little special meaning, other than a fashion statement.

Some people spend hundreds of millions of mesos on chairs Anyway, this is a pretty good one, I wouldn't mind spending a few gach tickets on it.

As for the "Smart Kids Education Fair", not sure what it is. If you continue reading the announcement at the top of the screen it says you can get "never seen before in-game items". Not sure what they are, though.
