Ice and fire seem out of the question as well, since Rangers and Snipers have that covered already. It'd be pretty lame to see it again. I mean, they didn't really have many options with Flame Magician, since all elements were already used by mages. They do have choices here though.
Thunder Arrow anyone? XD
Snipers have Eruption, which results in arrows flying out of the ground - I'd say Earth is definitely possible. Wouldn't be surprised to see them given transform and shockwave in fitting with the earth theme.
