It happens back home on the reservation from time to time due to the fact that most American Indians don't want to create a family with people of a different skin color off the tribe or they don't want to leave home. Ever.
And so one's sister, cousin, mother, aunt or whatever is the next best option.
Even in my family there are a couple members that have those kind of relationships going on. Hell, on paper, my Mom and Dad are related thanks to the massive interconnecting blood lines that is being apart of a Native American tribe.
Personally, if all parties are happy, there is no abuse going on and if the rules are clear I see no real massive problem with it.
