I don't see where it says it'll revive you back in the same map. Its probably just made for the events that take place in the towns where if you die and respawn with 50hp you die again. With this more people would have a chance to survive. Pretty lame since you only loose 1% when you die in town, useless improvement of charms 
If they really mean reviving back in the same map then we'll probably have a choice of when to click ok/cancel.
