Naricain Pendant's tradability, for the better or for the worse?

i dont know about other servers but in kradia we dont decline shadowers or archmages because they cant be of much use, we just bring them allong because they are friends.. its another case however if they are level 90 and just want to get in to get their pendant after which we wont see them again in the pq .. but yea i guess if you dont have friends at lvl 110 who would allow you to cpq with them then either the server ur in is seriously pineappled up of you just dont have any friends
