How many apple'd level 110 ranger/snipers does it take to get through the Archer room?
How many level 90+ pirates are there in Kradia?
It's not exactly as easy as "the lower level people can still form a squad and just kill the mage for a pendant.." (especially 10 times over, for the whole squad to have pendants).
While I agree it's easier than getting your own HTP, I still expect quite a few people to need to buy a pendant (i.e., a spot in a run) if they want to have it before 120 or even later.
